“Door To Door Cleaners” is more than a name – it’s our commitment to making dry cleaning as convenient as possible with our “door to door” pickup and delivery throughout the South Bay and the greater Los Angeles area.
Delivery and pickup is complimentary from the Palos Verdes Peninsula in the south to Malibu in the north and as far east as Beverly Hills with orders of $20 or more. How much notice is required for a collection? Do you offer next day service?
You can request a visit from our driver as late as 4 p.m. on a scheduled business day – Monday / Thursday or Tuesday / Friday. For instance, if you would like your order picked up on a Tuesday, contact us anytime before 4 p.m. on Tuesday. We also offer next day service! For example, we can pick up on a Monday and deliver the next day after 5 p.m.
We offer two convenient billing methods: credit either leave a credit on file to be charged after each cleaning (we’ll send you a monthly statement of charges), or pay by check on a monthly basis. If you wish to pay by check we do require a credit card on file as a security deposit, however the card will not be charged.
Are there monthly service charges?
There’s never a monthly fee for pickup or delivery. Simply pay our standard cleaning rates.
Where do you pick up or drop off clothing? What bag should I use?
Our driver will leave you with a Door To Door Cleaners bag after each visit. If we’re collecting from you for the first time, or you do not have a Door To Door bag, please leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag labeled “Dry Cleaning for Door To Door.” No one needs to be home for the driver to collect or drop off, but we do suggest choosing a delivery location that’s well-sheltered from weather.
How can I change my account information or delivery schedule?
It’s easy to update your delivery information! Just call our office at 877-374-2567 or email email@example.com to let us know of the change. You may modify your billing details or delivery schedule at any time.
What if there’s a problem with an order I have delivered?
